Hueppi ships internationally from Türkiye. Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates can vary by destination and customs processing.

Customs duties and taxes

International shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and customs clearance or handling fees, depending on the destination and shipment terms. Unless your order is specifically confirmed as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), or the checkout explicitly states that import charges are included, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and may be collected from the recipient by the carrier or local authorities.

For orders explicitly shipped DDP, Hueppi arranges payment of applicable import duties and taxes covered by those shipment terms. Please contact hello@hueppi.co before ordering if you are unsure whether charges are included for your destination.

If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges are unpaid, please contact us. Any handling of the return and refund will be subject to applicable consumer law and the shipment's circumstances.
